Steppin’ Out on a Sunday Afternoon

Join the New Bedford Historical Society for our annual fundraiser on Sunday, May 17 from 3 – 8 PM. Held at the Hawthorne Country Club, there will be music in three rooms by Elan Trotman, Cabo Verdean music by Mont Cara, and Lady K spinning R&B favorites. Tickets are $60 and include an opportunity to win art by Alison Wells, dinner buffet and an opportunity to party for a cause; supporting the Nathan and Mary Johnson House, the first home in freedom of Frederick and Anna Douglass.
